Fr micro lite 21fbrs moisture

Love the trailer and admit i am anal about checking it over frequently. Happen to be inspecting the under carriage and pushed on the plastic by the shower floor. It seemed soft so cut plastic and found moisture not soaked on the bottom wood directly above the plastic under liner. No interior leaks anywhere. Pressurized the lines and all joints not leaking.all roof seams were sealed with dicor lap sealant prior to discovery of moisture. Talked to rv tech. Suggested it is possible condensation from shower/ bath room area..heavy rain recently did not add to moisture problem...made a long story but wondering if anyone experienced similar prob. Would have never found it if i had not inspected under carriage..thanks..

I haven't had that problem specifically but I can see how it is possible. Maybe consider installing some small vents that can be removed for a periodic inspection?
