Fresh water "T" handle

quick question ..we just dumped the freshwater tank .. on my sons 2020 winnebago spyder 29sst toy hauler .. the lever which I thought was used to dump; the fresh water tank for winterizing allowed 8 gallons to empty out .. we then discovered another "T" hand behind the rear wheel on the drivers side .. when we pulled it much to our surprise .. fresh water came out to the tune of 6 additional gallons .. that "T" handle in question is located between the diver side rear wheel and the auxiliary gas tank for the toy hauler .. am i making any sense .. just trying to understand the way this unit is designed .. please comment .. thank you glenn

ALL info )specs, brochure etc) shows ONE 100 Gal fresh water tank with a 1 1/2" drain valve

Are both of those 'T' handle valves 1 1/2"?
100 gal tank capacity ---faster draining using 2 drain valves (1 at each end of tank)????

Possibly the large fresh tank is molded to go over something, such as an axle, and actually has two low points!

Yes - there are two dumps with two tanks split over the axles. They are connected by a single hose. Single fill port. 89 gallon capacity (supposedly).

P1ss-poor design IMO. I've had nothing but trouble with my spider 29STT. One of which is the inadequate venting which forces me to trickle gravity fill. I can never get the tank sensors to read full. My guess is that there's an airlock happening. Also the pump runs dry on me with about 20 gallons still in the tank (s).

Do you have the same issues?
