Fridge Question

i bought an Arctic Fox camper the other day and was checking out all the cubby holes today. I have a Norcold fridge and after taking off the outside vent cover I didn't see the drain hose. Shouldn't it have one? On my Apex camper we had a Dometic and the hose drained out the vent cover.

There should be a small square aluminum cup on the back of the fridge with the hose draining into it. Whatever accumulates evaporates and does not drip down the side of your rig.

Thanks, I found it. I was looking for a large hose. I guess this is a step up from the Dometi!

Two additional points. Depending on how long your trip is you may have enough water to over flow the cup when you defrost. There may be a small vent plug in the end of the hose, keep it clean so water doesn't back up into fridge.

I had a four-door Norcold 1200 for ten years, with 7 years of that full time, and never saw the cup even close to overflowing. Even if it did there was a drain pan below it with a drain out the bottom of the coach. I did clean the dirt out of the plug a couple of times a year.
