Good Morning from Payson, AZ! This seems like a good discussion and would like to get some information if I could on selling my unit. I have a 2020 Forest River Cedar Creek Limited Hathway Annivserary Edition that I would like to sell. We bought it in June 2019. Actually, I had fallen off the back steps in the rain, fell on the black top at the dealers and broke my pelvis. It was put on a lot where we were staying. I had some good friends help us move in and got things ready for me when I came home from the hospital. We enjoyed the rest of the year which is Oct, and headed back to Payson. Then Covid.. We didn't get back to our trailer until July, wow that ordeal was awful. So glad it has calmed down. We left again in October, put a for sale sign on unit
and came home. I have put ads in newspapers, traders, facebook, craigslist, nothing, we had a picture of a boat along with the trailer, and did get calls for the boat! So I am reading that it is a good time to sell? Am I asking to much for it? The trailer is in very good condition, is a beautiful unit, full of light, storage, comfortable. Hasn't been used very much. Now my husband is ill, and I really need to sell it. Can't really drive across the country any more. They call it a destination trailer. It is fully loaded, has a beautiful deck, with a barbque grill, with a smoker for fish. We are asking $54,000, or OBO, what are your thoughts? Mary

Sell now. Wait. Buy.

The majority of people have difficulty seeing or predicting change. Do you think we are going to have supply chain issues in 2 years? No way! Sell and hang out.

That's what I am doing. But I am not a full timer and just finished a 3 week trip so I had a lot fo fun for this year. Probably skip RVing next year and buy in 2023
