Height Reduction

Iím looking to get a TT. In order to get it into the backyard I have to get past my carport which has a 9ft clearance height. Are there any with a decent length like this? Will removing the wheels and using a dollies get me the needed height reduction?

Thanks for any assistance

I have a trailer that is about as low as they make them. The specs say it is 10'6" which is probably the A/C unit. The trailer is a Keystone Vantage 25RBS.

You can check Airstream Trailers as they are also built low.

A trailer that comes to mind would be a HiLo, or a big pop-up.

Your options are not going to be good. There are not going to be many (if any) trailers under 9' tall.

I would not want to remove wheels to lower it. Even a Keystone Vantage would still be taller than 9' without the wheels.

You can google any trailer and get the specs which will include the height.

Check out TrailManor. Up to 31 ft length and under 7 ft when closed.

Lance travel trailers are just over 10' tall. They are the lowest travel trailer I can think of that do not collapse like a HiLo, or Trail Manor.

Again, taking off the wheels I do not believe is a viable option. Way too much hassle.

Good luck
