It's concrete.

Wouldn't that mess with the depth for the frost line?

11' does not let you get whatever trailer you like, our toyhauler was 12' 6" to the top of a/c.

I would have to cut 1 foot out of the door header and rebuild it, reside it, and hope that the existing door would fill in the extra foot.

Don't you have any Amish contractors in your area? They would have it fixed before lunch.

Look at Airstream. A cursory peek at their website shows height under 10 feet. Partially deflate tires to get through your door.

Yes I do and yes they would. I should have mentioned that my pole barn is a community (part of our park where we live in the Summer) building and has appearance restrictions. We also have a gated boat/RV storage area, but would rather have it stored inside during the Summer next to my pontoon in the Winter.

I just purchased a Lance 1475. Perfect couples trailer.
Lance 1475 Trailer specs.
Exterior Length: 19'8" or (20ft)
Exterior Width: 84-3/4" (7ft)
Exterior Height: 117" (9.75ft)
Check them out.

1st I heard of Lance before this post. Look very nice, a little pricey? Thank you for your input.
