Help me find this sink

Our 2016 AROne 18QB Extreme has a shower and toilet in bathroom but no sink. Have been noodling on how to rig one that's useful and tasteful. I like the look of one in these pics. Is it separate or built in? Several minutes of googling didn't turn it or anything quite like it up. Anyone?

I presume the sink in your picture just drains strait out to the floor, since that's where the drain is. A pedestal sink would at least give you some decorative coverage to run a hose down to the floor. It would look better and prevent toothpaste water from splashing on your shoes.
