High Risk

My take on your list:

Coachmen Apex Ultra-Lite 290BHS
Coachmen Freedom Express Select 29SE
Coachmen Freedom Express Ultra Lite 287BHDS

Dutchmen Kodiak Ultra-Lite 296BHSL -- High risk of a bad experience
Dutchmen Kodiak Ultra-Lite 289BHSL -- High risk of a bad experience

Cherokee 274BRB
Cherokee Grey Wolf 26DBH

Forest River Wildwood 26DBUD

Jayco Jay Flight 28BHS

Keystone Passport SL 268BH -- High risk of a bad experience
Keystone Bullet 290BHS -- High risk of a bad experience

Grand Design Imagine 2800BH

KZ Connect SE C271BHKSE
KZ Sportsmen SE 261BHKSE
KZ Sportsmen SE 271BHKSE

A two year old "high risk" may have all the poor build issues ironed out.

Well I think we have narrowed down to two. One wasn't even on the original list.

It is now between the Jayco 28BHS and the Puma 28DBFQ. I can't find much for negative reviews and problems with the Puma and the price is definitely right.

Don't forget to put in a nice level spot so your friends from IRV2 can come enjoy the fishing too.

When I was looking for a replacement for my few months old Gulfstream I looked at Starcraft and Jayco. My opinion is that Starcraft and Jayco build a better "stick and tin" travel trailer than most. Had I had a larger truck I would have bought a Starcraft Autumn Ridge. You should take a look at the 26BHS. Quite nice.
