Hensley failure

As anyone had this happen to them?

A NEW hitch after 7 hours of towing ?!?!
or was it a used hitch you have only had 7 hours ?!?

WOW - either way !
the propride I used with my tt I sold still looks brand new !!!

It was a remanned hitch that was " good as new" bought directly from hensley

Ouch, obviously it wasn't hope all was well after the incident !

I'd certainly contact Hensley then.... the propride people gave me his personal cell phone and answered my call even on the weekends !

even when I asked if he would sell mine on consignment since I no longer have the TT !

It was full version, not cub, and they offered only to follow their written policy....
