The finder skirts on my dual axle travel trailer are beginning to break and crack from age and weather. I am thinking of making my own. Has any done this and if so, any tips or hints?

It would probably be easiest to buy a generic one like in the link below and make it work. Otherwise you will probably end up with a very boxy fender skirt or some not so perfect curves. Unless you have some larger sheet metal tools like a roller or sheet brake, having something to start with would be my preference.
