Husky Centerline TS lift tool template

Hi everyone.
I'm in a bit of a pickle. I've lost my lift tool for my Husky Centerline TS hitch.
It someone could please trace theirs on an 8/12 x 11 pice of paper and then send me a scan along with the thickness of the steel I would sure appreciate it.
They've been on backorder for months with no eta.
If I had a template I would just cut one myself

Thank you in advance.

I'll see what I can do later. Look it up on Amazon and check RV parts stores in your area. I lost mine in Utah and found a replacement at our next stop in Grand Junction, CO. The lever was an exact match but it was NOT Husky brand. I think Husky probably used this company's lever as part of their package.

I just took a picture off the internet and guessed at the dimensions when I lost mine. It worked fine.

I can only find the lever online under the Husky brand. The replacement I bought over the summer is identical but was not labeled Husky. I just bought a backup from Summit Racing. It is backordered.

Thank you so much. These are on nationwide backorder in Canada with no delivery date in sight. Your idea of photos alongside a tape message beats mine by a long shot. Thank you so much. This is perfect ammo for my negotiating a plasma cutter purchase with the DW.

Ok, let me start off by saying I don't have this hitch and never used this hitch.

But after watching a couple how-to videos on hooking up to this hitch, it seems to me a handy fella could make one out of a regular crowbar that would work just as well.
Maybe even better.

If someone is willing to cut one out of 3/8" plate, a little grinding and welding some bits to a crowbar wouldn't be a stretch.

Just my 2¢.
Some of the best tools in my shop are ones I've made from scratch.

I hear ya. The original lift bar does a couple of nice tricks. With the dimensioned photo and a bit of creativity, and of course my plasma cutter, I should be able to make a reasonably close to factory tool. I'm thinking telescopic handle which would be handy. Thank you to all who have replied.

I don't want to stand in the way of any creativity, but AutoZone claims to have these in a warehouse ready to ship. I obviously haven't ordered one to verify, but it's cheap enough you at want to buy one just as a template to save steel.

Shipping to Canada

Thank you for your reply. The problem for me is that it's pretty much impossible to get one of these shipped to Canada. If not for COVID I would have just shipped one to the border parcel service and picked it up along with some other goodies. Autozone won't do ship to home on this item so yeah, 22 bucks but I can't get my mits on the dang thing. Thank you for the help just the same. Take care.
