Ice Cold Window Frames
Have a 2018 Artic Fox 25Y, It is a four seasons rig and so I took it out where the nighttime temps got into the low 30s...the inside walls did not get cold, however the inside window frames (metal part) was like ice... wondering if this is normal or anything I can do about it?

Yes, normal. The metal frames are great conductors of the cold outside temps.
Turn up your thermostat and and don't touch the window frames.

You can cut some reflectix panels to cover the windows and frames when it's that cold, you can use velcro to attach the covers....it will make a big difference to comfort. You can store the panels under the mattress. I am surprised a 4 season unit would not have thermal windows but it seems not so.

Even if it has optional thermal windows, the windows have metal frames. Haven't seen any mfgs using wood or composite for rv windows!!! Having said that, some type of insul or covering on the frame edges would help a bunch.

was talking to a neighbor about this yesterday. someday maybe lci will use vinyl frames like those at home. they made a huge difference in our s&b comfort level.
