OK, Ive read your post 3x's and I still don't know if I understand what's going on.
You said:
• grey tank won't drain and it keeps backing up into the bathtub
• water has been coming from under the sink
• I believe it may be frozen but am not sure

So I guess the first questions to unravel what you're trying to say is:
1) Since you think something is frozen, what do you think is frozen and where are you located and what temps are you experiencing?

2) When you say, "backing up into the bathtub" do you mean the shower pan? What happens or what do you do before you see this backing up issue happen? Please explain.

3) Are you going outside and pulling the grey tank drain handle and it's THERE you see it's not draining?

4) Is water getting on the floor from the "bathtub" or the sink?

Please clarify what's going on.

1st I apologize for not giving more info about the problem

The water is on the floor in the kitchen area looks to be coming from under the trailer under the sink area. The handle for the grey tank pulls out but when I do that nothing comes out. My dish water bath water etc... Backs up into the shower.

Pull handle has come separated/unscrewed from knife valve? Should be some resistance when pulling grey handle and or black handle.

Ok, so again from your post I'm guessing some here, but it sounds like you're saying...
On the leak...
You have water on the kitchen floor, but when you open the cabinet doors under the sink theres no water there but it's coming from under the cabinet flooring. If that's the case, unscrew the cabinet floor panels to expose the plumbing under there. You have to get to where you can see where this leak is coming from.

On the backing up...
I don't see any other cause for this—backing up—other than your grey tank is full and it's backing up into the shower because that's the lowest point in the plumbing scheme. Certainly DO NOT use anymore water until you figure this out. It's probably starting to really get smelly too. If you are in fact going outside and pulling out the grey tank dump valve handle and nothing is happening, that means the valve is not sliding out. It's not working. As Brad said, the handle must of separated/unscrewed from knife valve and all you're doing is pulling out the handle, not actually engaging and sliding the valve open so the tank can dump. You need to look at that very closely and verify if that is indeed what is happening.

Freezing?

I can easily visualize frozen tank drains. Temperatures in Wisconsin tend to stay below freezing this time of year. How are temperatures in your area?
I have exposed tank drains in my 21 ft Kodiak Cub. The valves still opened, but liquid behind the valve was frozen solid. I used a hairdryer to melt the ice and drain the tank.
Your 32 ft Jayflight probably has enclosed drains with extended handles so you would have difficulty seeing into the drains, but take a look if you can.

Hi! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

So you're saying that no water is coming out the main sewer drain pipe when you pull the gray tank dump valve?

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!
