Installing backup camera on KZ Spree

I have a wireless camera I need to install. Basic question from a newbie: How do I remove a running light cover to access the wiring? There are no screws and no screwdriver openings to pry it off--just a rubber seal and caulking, as best as I can tell. It's for a 2013 KZ Spree 240. Any advice would be appreciated!
