Insulated underbelly
I have a 2014 wildwood TT aluminum sided does not have a polar package but have camped in the winter and holds heat very well and does not leave condensation on my Windows. I have a heated fresh water tank factory but my 3 holdings tanks are exposed. I wrapped the 3 tanks and bought the same underbelly material they use with the polar package. My floor already had insulation with the tarp underbelly I left that alone and used insulation board in between the new underbelly and expansion foam around jack holes, septic and so on.. Looks almost factory

Thanks guys... And it wasn't that bad I've been prolonging it because I thought would be a nightmare to do but wasn't bad at all.. I went right to the skirting on both sides most rvs I've seen go frame to frame then nothing between out side of frame to skirting. Was a pain fitting the insulation board in but underbelly went up no problem.. If any body is considering it it's a nice weekend project costs around 250 give or take

My buddy owns a sign shop he got me 8 4x8 sheets. same material they use on lawn signs

It looks seamless in the pic. I guess that's the same thing that under my trailer? Corplast that is. Looks like it.

I'm a little OCD but after I filled spaces with expansion foam and let it dry I trimmed it up with a razor blade.. Also because my material is black I sprayed the foam with black spray paint to make it blend in

I got enough of them to work on lol I have this and an 02 38ft hornet park model. My buddy's seem to have your mind set I seem to be always fixing there's and they like to pay me to recaulk I'm not going to lie I do a nice job lol i enjoy rvs

Looks great. I saw on another forum, someone used the seat warmers that he bought on ebay for automotive seats for his tank warmers. Not sure how well they worked but it's a thought.

That is nice work--and thanks for the idea where to get the material. Have bought some from RV shop that was rolled up and it was a bear to work with.
