iRV controller app

I have a new FlaggStaff TT and on the control panel there is a sticker telling me to go to the App Store and download the iRV controller app. I did that but I cannot get it to connect Bluetooth. Any help would be appreciated.

A commentator on the iTunes app page suggests you have your phone Bluetooth turned on before downloading the app. He said it worked better that way. Trying to go to the Patrick Ind. website and tech support links goes to a message saying the domain is presently for sale. Not sure you'll get help from Patrick Industries, Inc. The app only gets 2 stars on 8 ratings.

The issue I had with this system was I want my bluetooth hooking up to the entertainment system so I can play music over the speakers with my phone. When I also downloaded the app to operate the slides, jackstands, etc my phone whould hook up to that instead and I was forever having to switch it back to the entertainment system. I removed the app, don't ever plan on using it again.

I too also downloaded the app to control the entertainment system. It connects and works flawlessly. Thanks.
