Someone doing something you don't like - ugh. I usually just put up with it but someone that is having a bad week might just use force.

You just never know what kind of day or night another person is having. Maybe they are fighting with their wife and heading toward a divorce. Be polite.

I honestly don't see what's so difficult about using the supplied crank. So it takes a few more seconds -- so what! I own plenty of power tools, and they're great for many applications but sometimes using a hand tool is just as easy, and a lot quieter.

My Dr. says I don't get enough exercise anyway.

Impact tool...

Wrong tool for the job in the first place. Like noted by others, good drill will do the job. Impact gun just beats the jack to and early death. Impact guns are for "end" torque or breaking something loose. You are doing neither with a jack.....just moving it up or down on a smooth screw mechanism.... Get a drill and leave the "pounding" to a hammer to vent your frustrations...

We camped next to a guy who would fire up his leaf blower to blow off his awning, climb an a ladder to blow off his roof, his carpeting and then the gravel drive! He was clueless of the amount of dust he was stirring up and blowing onto other sites! Sure glad we weren't cooking! We didn't mind his choice of music, but the volume could have been a lot lower!

Impact drill or blower are both bad to use. I don't know why sone people are like that. What percent of people are like that do you think? Are they from a certain section of the country ?

Impact drill

Definitely don't use an impact driver. I use a cordless drill/screwdriver for stuff like that.

8am is fine if it's outside of the campground's quiet hours. Even if it wasn't, I would be ok with it unless spaces are close together.

I wouldn't run power tools until at least 9am unless it's an emergency as there are lots of people who want to sleep in.

Thanks
Personally if I need to use a impact wrench I will use it . If you are that fussy you should be traveling in a RV

My tongue jack is louder then my cordless drill.

And like purgers have said if your stabilizers need a impact gun there is something wrong.

I bought a cheap $16.99 cordless drill and Harbor Freight and that was 5 years ago and it still works.

As for the hand crank as a retired senior citizen I can use the hand crank but then I am done for the rest of the day.
