I have a 1963 Kenskill 13 ft trailer. On one of the windows it is missing the louver mechanism on both sides. It has 3 seven and three quarters inch panes. If anyone can help I would apppreicate it.

If you could find a more modern RV window that would fit, you would probably be better off (unless it would look out of place with the other windows) since jalousie windows leak like a sieve.
I just googled jalousie window parts and got more companies than I would know what to do with that sell any part you would need. You can try that or start here:
