Keyless entry

Hi was wondering if anyone knows how to get the keyless entry to function on a keystone alpine 32r. 2012. I have no idea where the batteries may be located (if any) or the code for the keypad. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

If it is from that factory call Keystone and tell them the problem.

Other than that the dealer, previous owner of lock manufacturer would be next.

Who makes the lock? There are at least 3 out there that I am aware of that are used OEM. Check and see if you have the manual for it. The other resort is to call FR and ask.
