When I had a POP UP (years ago), they had screw jacks that I could lift the unit and place blocks under frame as needed.
What I was told to do as roll the wheels onto wooden blocks until level left to right and then level front to back with front jack.
The unit has auto stabilizing jacks, but they will not lift the unit level.
When I talked to the dealer servic department, they said they could install a Lipper system for about $5K.
I really like the 22MLS I got so far and am getting used to TT compared with Class A and Popup.
Are there any issues with Auto level systems and TT? Does the frame support auto level system?
Any idea and what kind of auto level system I could get for this unit?

For the last few model years just about all Keystone Cougar '1/2 ton' travel trailers come from the factory with the Lippert Ground Control TT 3.0 auto level system standard. Unfortunately, it looks like the 22MLS does not.
We purchased our trailer in Dec. 2020 and have had zero issues with the system. Lippert has excellent customer service, I'd give them a call at 574-537-8900 if you have specific questions. I'm sure they could tell you if there are any circumstances where installing the Ground Control TT system is not appropriate.
