Keystone TT

When you purchase an additional thermal protection package for your tt from Keystone, what are the temp limits for water protection. I was told zero degrees by the salesman and after purchase 32 degrees by Keystone. Keystone along with many other manufactures don't give 2 cents worth of support once they have your money. I get the same kind of support from Itasca on the coach. We can't find any reliable dealers to honor warranty work from a timely or ethical standpoint. I guess it is the RV tax after all. The people that work and sell these RV's either don't own one or they hold us hostage out of contempt (those that have vs those that don't) Sorry for the rant, just tired of the relentless merry go around.

I've purposely steered clear of Keystone because my best friend (unhandy lad) had one. As many problems as I've had with mt Forest River product, he had more... and I fixed most of them. Yes, he's that good of a friend... He's traded for a Winnebago Ultra Lite and so far, so good... but only time will tell... I'm looking at the same brand, along with Jayco Eagles and Grand Design Reflections... To be honest at this point, I may not trade at all. With the pricing and dealers/manufacturers attitudes... It's discouraging.

Keystone guarantees it won't freeze above 32 degrees. Now, that is funny.
