OP...either you want quality or you want low cannot have both in an RV. You may have to accept the fact that you need to look at older RVs of higher quality to find a nice unit.

Our Lance (2019, model 1995) purchased in July 2019 was priced near 40K, we were able to get it for 33K from Pacific Travel in S Tacoma. A lot of $ to be sure, but we think it will last 15-20 years. In the past 12 years, we bought 2 used and one new camper for cheap, but ended up paying out the kazoo for repairs and you name the parts and pieces. So it depends how much you will use it, and we use ours a lot.
