Cool LED lights are too bright

We just bought a 2015 Jayco Flight 24FBS=love it! However, all of the LED lights are VERY bright. The only one I can tolerate is under the kitchen cabinets & even that needs a 1" piece of trim so it doesn't glare in my eyes. How can we tone these down? There are 2 switches that control most of the lights and the others on the ceiling have a switch on them. Can a dimmer be used?

We have a dimmer switch at home, on our under cabinet LED lights. Probably can be done.
