Yes - the end of your trailer will be 6 more feet behind you in the mirrors ... lol.
Joking aside you may not notice it while pulling forward on straight roads depending if weight is similar or if its a small increase in total trailer weight. Side winds will affect you more (more surface area on trailer) however backing up and swinging corners will take some time to get used to the longer unit. Back end swing may be greater - the affect of longer trailer length behind the trailer axles when you pull out of a spot and turn tight to avoid the double parked vehicles in the camp spot across from you....
I have assumed you are still within your vehicle tow limits (max loaded trailer weight, GCVW, etc)...
