Lightbulb Leveling blocks and tire damage

Hi there, new here! I'm hoping to get some insight from this community.
We are using lynx levelers and I'm concerned about the indentation it's causing on our tires. We plan to be parked in this location for a while. Estimating 2 years. I can't help but think the tires will be no good after sitting on the lynx blocks. They appear to be protruding into the tires. Any advice for this? All I really want to do is get a couple 2x4s so the tire has a flat surface to rest on for a couple years. Has anyone experienced the lynx leveling blocks ruining your tires? Thank you for your time.

Don’t know about the lynx levelers but in any case you want to be sure the platform is wider than the tire. I would think 2x6’s would be better. Inflate tires to their max, cover them.

Yea, agree. I don't use anything under my tires if the surface is solid.

Wood is a better choice for leveling, long term. Agree, keep tires inflated to pressure on sidewall.

Leaving the tires parked for 2+ years, without moving, is going to take a toll on them, even with good care.

Having the coach parked outside for 2 years the tires are probably the least of your worries. Rusted brake drums, rotors, pad backing plates, Engine, transmission damage. Top of rear axle ring gear rusting. Belts and hoses dry rotting. Etc.

Using the wrong size Lynx levelers internal tire damage can be near immediate. If the steel belts get creased the tire is done.

The same company makes “caps” for the blocks that I have found to be useful to convert to a trilynx block to a flat surface.

You haven't mentioned if your trailer or tires are new .

Check the side wall production date and if two years down the road will put them over five years old , replace them before traveling with the trailer .
