We brought the trailer home and backed it into the spot where it'll live, and that spot is probably a little more off-level than most camp sites. That gave me an opportunity to show my wife how the
Camco levelers work. I think I would have preferred the Andersens, but the store had Camco so ......
After setting it up in our RV spot, I think she's decided that it's not that bad. I had her hold the level on the rear bumper while I pulled forward very slowly and signal when it was level. I set the parking brake and went back and kicked the wedge under the level then scotched the other side. Then I showed her how to use the electric tongue jack to level front to rear using the tongue. We unhooked, went inside, and checked the flooor in a couple of places and thankfully, it was very close to perfect. It appears that when the bumper is level and the tongue is level the floor is level.
We then deployed the stabilizers and called it done.
I appreciate your input.
