Lightweight campers that sleep 4 adults
I am trying to find a camper that will sleep 4 adults, under 27 feet long, and weighs less than 4500 pounds. I would like a trifold sofa with a large dinette but they only seem available in heavier campers.
any suggestions?

Tent trailers would fill your needs.

You are really limited with only 4,500lbs. That means a sleeper dinette plus a sleeper sofa in a small trailer. That is probably not going to happen.
Typically you can get that arrangement but in a 6,500lb or 7,000lb or more trailer.
I would say a big pop-up with 3 sleep areas could work.
Are pop-ups a consideration ?

Our Primetime Tracer Breeze 22MBK will sleep 4 adults in a Murphy Bed and two large bunks. Each bunk would sleep 2 adults (cosy, though) Dry weight is 4367lbs. We've had it a year and it's met our expectations with over 60 days camping and 4,000 miles of towing.

This is an FYI for the OP
I was fortunate to have found my used R-Vision 25' TT recently. My TV is an '07 Yukon XL with 5.3l and 4 speed transmission. The first two camping trips were to Pinecrest, CA at 6000' elevation and towed excellent.
With Slide
Sleeps 6
Dry Weight: 3548#
Here are the specs:

Every "double bunk" I have ever seen is meant for people under 110 lbs and 5'2" !

We've had a couple of hybrids that could work for you. Many models have 2 large beds, our largest had 3 beds and still came in under your desired length & weight. Two of those had good sized sofas and a big U-dinettes as well (a requirement of ours) but that also meant climbing on the cushion to get to one of the beds.
