Do you have outside leveling switches? If so, unlevel or level the coach. They can get jammed due to a skewed door frame during leveling or parking on unlevel surfaces.

What type of lock? Can you upload a picture?

If the temp is under 35F then you might have a frozen or stiff lock problem. They make lock de-icer... or you can try WD first.

or use 91% Rubbing Alcohol from Walmart

or heat your key up with a flame and then insert a few time so the heat can transfer... and try the key.

Good luck!

Locked out

Under warrenty they just replaced my lock. The top remote slide would travel on it's own and lock. It was like hunting for a needle in a hay stack. I never left the RV without the top and bottom keys and even with the new lock. I have the spare keys in a hidden magnetic. Key keeper. There is no way to get inside with these flush mounted windows.

Thank you for your thoughts! Used Fluid Film & it unjammed, thank goodness! Will have to replace down the road.
Safe travels!

I was locked out of my trailer as I did not fully unlock it to go out. When I shut the door the door locked. I heard it click.

I was going out to the truck to get a tool so I did not have the trailer keys nor the truck keys...darn Ford with the key pad that I used to get into it.

So I thought this was your case too and was going to say the Campground manager might have a master key. That is his I got back into my trailer as the RV Park manager had a master key that worked.
