Does the inside housing have screws? If so you should be able to access the locking mechanism to open the lock. You will be able to tell if there are broken parts, or if the lock tumbler its self is bad.

If its the tumbler, remove and take to a locksmith with your keys. They should be able to replace and key the tumbler to your keys so you wont need a new set. If its a broken arm or something like that, you may need a new lock.

Snap a shot of the inside plate if there are no access screws..

If it is a typical RV lock you should be able to remove the inside cover with three screws and then be able to activate the mechanisms. You can also release the lock cylinder by removing additional parts. I did this on my TT, the one of tumblers in the lock failed. To extract the cylinder you have to be able to rotate it to the unlock position. I ended up replacing the entire unit. It was a little more expensive but I like it better. I went with the LATCH.IT lock on Amazon.
