I looked at this model as well. As you say, seemed nice for the price and we liked the floorplan. There are several other bunkhouse TTs with the little dinette in the back from other manufacturers.
My main advice to your question is the debt sucks and cuts into your camping and gas budget, so if you can wait on the camper, do so.
Part two of that is, take your time camper shopping (While you pay off debt) because there are a lot of great campers out there and some dealers are far away. We shopped actively for six months, and at the end, the Shadow Cruiser was off our short list. Not because it's bad, we just found others we liked better.
You also see a lot of features and options during this shopping process that you are not even thinking about now. There may be a "must have" feature that the Shadow Cruiser does not have... you just don't know it yet.
