Have been window shopping TT and narrowed to three. For a single guy and his dog and like all three floorplans, so wondering if any has advice or input on manufacturer or support

2019 Heartland North Trail 22CRB
2020 Winnebago Mini 2500FL
2017 Crossroads Sunset Trail super lite 271RL

All about 5300 lb dryweight, first two 28 ft the crossroads 33

not sure if the crossroads being used is a issue, it looks new a bit of overkill for 1 person probally but layout was roomy and open.

You'll only get a 1 year warranty from a new trailer, and that warranty is only good at the dealer you purchased from. All others will either flat out refuse to help you, or will make you wait a month or more before they will even look at your issue. I don't know if that matters to you or not, but it's something to consider.

I wouldn't worry about the 2017 being used. It isn't more likely to have issues than the new ones. Just take your time looking at them and make sure there aren't any significant problems before purchase.

33 feet might seem like overkill, but I'm a single guy and have a 37 footer. It's comfortable, but I don't think it's overkill. Sure I could get away with less, but I'd need a much different floorplan to have the things I want in it. (I like having a full size washer and dryer. It's awesome to be able to do laundry quickly and efficiently any time I need to)

Are 3 brands reputable and comparable in quality?

I'd go with the Winnebago over the other two...no questions.

Winnebago will have a BAL frame and I know on the Mini Plus they have a auto level option which kinda tells me the frame is probably better than the Lippert frame.

Winnebago also has the very best looking fiberglass finish and color options that might match your tow vehicle.

Also I know they use rust inhibitors on the frame and 5/8" tongue and groove plywood flooring and a TPO roof.

All in all they are better the other two IMHO.

Ditto on balanced frame. When we bought our first tt I remember the sales man stating that like a house it all starts with a good foundation.

Also, imho I would avoid any "ultra-lites"

Agreed, I’d go with the Winnebago. Look online at Craigslist and others, and you’ll notice the market is over saturated with cheap, disposable campers.
