I've already owned a new Airstream in 2011, and we loved the decor and style but the quality of the unit fell short my desire and expectation, so I'm wondering if anyone has seen a modern style TT of higher end quality? I keep looking but mostly find stuff that looks like my grandma's cottage.

Ideally, 25 to 30 feet and built before 2018 (recent years have produced very substandard units with too many reported troubles for To labor shortages.) And, i don't want to take another big hit on depreciation.

If you know of any brands that I might consider please comment while i keep looking.
What you are looking for does not exist at all. Your best deal would be an F250 or 2500, F350 or 3500, single wheel, short box king cab and a 30 ft 5th wheel. The lenght would be easyly manageable. The total lenght will be the same as your Suburban towing a 25 feet TT with much more space and googd fuel saving with a diesel. I owned a new Airstream 28FB and found a lot of gismos to fix. I owned a new Dutch Star 4369 that I kept for 4 years and loved it but it started needing a lot of maintenance. I ended up with a F350 towing a 44 feet Cyclone 4007 and I am still fixing things every week or so. But I can cary a motorcycle, 2 canoes and 2 electric bycicle in the cargo. This is what gave me the most satisfaction but wathever you buy you will have to fix things. Airstream, Bowlus, Oliver and many other small luxury TT claim to be different but talk to people owning them and they are all saying that they are small and overpriced.

You know what? I never considered a 5er at all, because they all seemed too big. I actually owned a Teton 36 which was planted in an RV resort. It was HUGE INSIDE! Now, a 30 footer is new to me. I will definitely go scout the web to see what that might be like. For me, a four door truck is about the same as a Suburban, so I'm good with that part. Would have to be a diesel?

Thank you! Nice ideas!

Question; looking at this one as an example JUST for size:
https://www.rvtrader.com/listing/201...SWE-5018695960

Says 10,000# GVW

Would an f250 something or other do the job, or would i need a 350 or higher. Just approximately.
