We looked at the 174bh, but we ended up buying the 26bh. (The 264bh is the same floorplan for less if the added features aren't a deal breaker.)
One reason for going bigger was the double axel, but I've found I like the additional storage space.

When considering which trailer to buy, I would put no value on the "Lifetime Warranty". That's a sales gimmick that requires you to have your trailer professionally serviced annually. This annual required service will end up costing you hundreds every year. If you are reasonably handy, you can do this yourself for very little.
