Exclamation Lp gas

While we breaking camp Labor day when I unplugged from power source. We started to smell LP gas inside camper. The detector worked like it should. Cannot figure out why we smelt gas. When we got home I opened the LP bottle. We did not smell any odor of gas. Any ideas

When you were disconnecting from power had you already turned the tanks off ?
Was the tank nearly empty ? Some times on a nearly empty tank you can get a big whiff of the tracer gas that's added to LP so you can smell it.

That sounds very coincidental.
I would have a leak test done on the LP system and go from there.

Hey. Thanks I will check tank and may go thru the same steps that I did when we broke camp. May have it checked for leaks just to be on the safe side.
