Could you change out the power cables to the different devices to USB power cords and then use something like this? That's what I did and it makes the power cables more manageable us it also tells me the battery voltage at same time...

Thanks, but not sure how to change the power cords to USB. The multi 12V plug-in works well, as it will handle 180 Watts and I can plug in my inverter to it, and the inverter has 4 USB ports for phones, etc.

Hello Peterk56,

I am planning to direct wire some accessories in my new truck. I have a Ford so I will be using the upfitter switches for items that I want to be switchable but I will direct wire anything that I want to come on when the truck is running (dash cam for instance). You can use wire splices or fuse connectors (link below) to do this. As a bonus you can route the wires by tucking them into the head liner and running them down the a pillars to hide them for a much cleaner installation.
