You can find the "Estimated base rate for my stay" on the website for each individual KOA campground. Beginning the registration process allows you to see the cost and availability of the different site categories but you don't have to complete the registration just to view the rates.

Seems KOA doesn't publish their rates even in their directory. Only place I could find their rates is in the Good Sam Campground Directory.
KOA you need to be less secretive about your pricing.
