Trailer total weight is 5540 (4840 axles+700 tongue)
700 tongue is almost 13% tongue ratio of the 5540# trailer weight

Good to go....

Truck total weight without trailer....5080 lbs

Truck total weight with trailer hooked up...5780 lbs

The difference between those two numbers equals hitch weight of...700 lbs

Trailer axle weight....4140 lbs

Trailer tongue weight...700 lbs

Trailer total weight....4840 lbs.

You did good as long as you don't go over your truck's payload numbers by adding a bunch more stuff in the bed of the truck....or the very front of the trailer.

Correct, total trailer weight is 4840. I would adjust the WDH a bit tighter to get the TV front axle back to the original weight. 100 lbs lighter isn’t bad though.

You are probably fine but...
You should hit the scale with and without the WDH connected. The WDH moves weight from the drive axle to both the front axle and trailer axle. To get a good reading of the tongue weight you have to remove the WDH. If you do that you will find the TW even higher. The 4840 Trailer weight is correct but when the WDH is removed the 4140 axle weight is going to go down which means the TW is going to go up since the trailer still weighs 4840.
