New Flooring Height?

Hello, I have a 2009 Heartland Agusta that we got from my parents in rough shape. We are wanting to replace the carpet with vinyl planks (the whole floor needs fully replaced) and I have no clue how thick they can be. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am trying to keep it below 6 mm, but I'm unsure if that's still too much.

The old carpet should be close to that thickness, about 1/4” if it’s office carpet, or more like 1/2” if it’s residential. Vinyl planks in the 6mm (1/4”) range should be nearly perfect for what you want.
