You deserve better than this. It's either a new camper exactly like the one you bought or a letter from your attorney who, if it's handled properly, will be paid by CW and compensate you for the pain and suffering you have gone through trying to get this resolved.
You didn't pay for a trailer which has been torn apart and put back together and no doubt will have fitment and other issues all the time you own it.
At the least contact your state's attorney general and open a claim.

This is my exact sentiment. What about the payments that the OP will have made on an unusable trailer? If kept, the trailer should be significantly discounted and the OP should be reimbursed for all payments made from time of purchase to the time it can be used. The auto industry went through someting similar in the 80's when they were caught selling "new" vehicles that had been repaired without disclosing the damage.

Remember that they will be burning or cutting off the damaged A-frame. Will the new A-frame be fitted up while the main section is in a jig to ensure original factory alignment? Will there be any heat treatment or tempering of the welds required and how will that be accomplished with a camper sitting on the frame. Will you be prepared to disclose the history of your trailer to the next buyer?

You should be given a new trailer. You've never even used this one!!!
Great points, when it's repaired the trailer is going to be worth less than it was when he initially purchased it. If you're going to buy a used trailer, are you going to buy one that has had the A frame replaced?
