Newbie Here from NC

Hello All! Well, my wife and I are looking to bite the bullet and buy a travel trailer. We don't know a whole lot about the different brands/models so we are looking for any and all suggestions. It seems as though there is an endless number of models to choose from. We have 3 small children (5, 3, and 6 months). We will be pulling with a Ford F150 4x4 Crew. We are looking to stay under/around $15K.

Thanks, and we look forward to learning and sharing our experiences with the group!

Welcome from a NC neighbor (Winston Salem).

I retired June 3rd. My DW & I went for an RV versus a TT at the first of the year. We have been enjoying it a lot.

I think you will get a lot of help and suggestions. If you want to discuss any camping ideas in NC, let us know.

Happy travels!

Ted

Welcome

Hi and welcome!

When we jumped into RVing, our kids were 5 and 7, and it was wonderful for them! At this point now (8 years later), they've been to 22 states in our camper. When we jumped, we went directly to a class C, so can't answer your questions, but just wanted to say Hi!

We opted for a bunkhouse model so our kids have their own sleeping space! They love it. Good luck and enjoy!
