The wall thermostat on my Winnebago View cycled both the fan and compressor on and off (which actually can be more annoying when you sleep than having the fan noise all night and just the compressor cycling).

At any rate, if you have a Coleman model and would like the fan to cycle on and off with the compressor (just like the big boys do) then this kit would do the trick.
