I set my thermostat on 50, disconnect water, and bring the slide in on my TT when I’m going to be gone and see freezing temps. No trouble into the low teens.

I already have water in the tanks, but I am taking a compressor to re-winterize it on the way back so I might just drain it out and blow out the lines before the cold hits. It would almost be quicker than trying to get the trailer ready for 20°. I guess I've got 2 days to decide.
Given the downside, this would be the smart thing to do.

I suspect that your trailer is better insulated than most.
