Orientation...
Well we went for our orientation at Chilhowee RV just outside of Knoxville, TN., I purchased a Heartland, North Trail 21FBS and I was concerned that once I bought it, I would be on my own, not so. While the mechanics were upgrading my hitch, Zeke went step by step from the outside to the inside, it took just about 3 hours to go through it and he was not trying to hurry us out, he answered all our questions, in some cases three times. I video recorded most of what he explained till my memory card filled up. He hooked up the trailer to the truck, went over some points and really made us feel at ease with it and accompanied us on our first towing showing us how to adjust the trailer brakes. I was worried that it might be a hard tow, but the weight distribution kit and sway bar and brake system assist really made it a breeze. I bring it home tomorrow and will spend the night in it, we are planning on a first camping at a place called "camping up in the smokies" which was a recommendation from JimM68, thanks, so all in all I am very pleased with these opening steps, thanks to the fine folks at Chillhowee RV.
And thanks to all the posters who responded to my previous posts, they have really been quite helpful.
