outdoor mini fridge replacement

After 5 years of service on my 2016 Avenger TT, my outdoor mini-fridge seems to be dead. What I thought would be a simple swap out with a similar sized fridge has turned into a mystery on step 1...how does the old one come out? I am hoping I'm missing something very simple but until now I cannot figure how to get to the bracket that holds the fridge in place. It appears there are two bolts under the middle of the unit but no apparent way to get to them.

Thanks!

Presumably the refrigerator sits on a counter. Can you get to the underside of the counter by removing a drawer or sink? ( I am not familiar with your outdoor kitchen layout) If you can, you can access the bolts or screws there.
On my unit, the small refrigerator is held in place with a small angle bracket screwed into the counter and is accessible from the top.

Like you I would think replacing a college dorm refrigerator would be easy. Please update the forum on what you find out.
