But my #1 concern is build quality for full time year round living. Does anyone have experience with this model to share? Or a similar same brand model?

I have a ORV 250 RDS, with a single 15,500 AC. Mine is quite a bit smaller, 32' 3" overall. The AC is in the living area, and we have a door to the bedroom. I haven't used the AC much, but when I have it has cooled the bedroom well enough. I have also used it in fairly cool weather, mid 20's and stayed warm enough. We didn't have moisture issues, windows didn't fog, even using a percolator on the stove for coffee. We are only set up as a 30 amp unit, so we have a switch so we can only use the microwave OR the fireplace. Not really a huge issue for us. I am pretty sure the Titanium model of ours is 50 amp, but don't know the difference.
I had a couple of small issues with quality, but not as bad as some others I know with other brands.
My wife and I have talked about it, we are nearing retirement age, and we could live in ours long term. We probably wouldn't give up our sticks and bricks home, but 3 months would be easy for us.
