Question Pacific Coachworks Sea Breeze 2690 Slide out Seals

I recently bought my first RV of any kind. 50 years in a tent. The 2016 travel trailer SB 2690 needs new seals around the slide out. The YouTube videos encourage you to do it yourself. I would like to purchase the seals and replace them myself.

I am looking for suggestions:

How to know what to buy?

Where to buy it?

How can I find an owners manual online?

How to find specific info on this trailer?

I believe they went under, when you search them it comes up permanently closed. Id imagine the seals are more of a universal pending on size and type.

Looks like they were bought by Genesis Supreme.
The seal on my 2015 Econ slide hasn't had any issues so I haven't need to try to replace it. I have spent some time looking at it and it seems like a simple face seal about 5 inches wide. I would guess any face seal designed to work on a slide will work. I think a key to keeping the slide sealed is to keep the water off the face seal along the top. The aluminum strip over the slide keeps the water off and I check that to make sure it is sealed to the trailer well.

Lance slide seal

I had to replace my prior 2012 Lance slide out partial seal and it was about as simple a repair as they come. I found the seal on EBay because I didn't need but maybe 15 feet, they sell short lengths. I don't remember the lengths they come in but I do remember I didn't need a full roll.
