Permanent trailer for northeast????

We live in NYC and have been spending winters in arizona and Mexico for the past 12 years. We have a 24 foot 83 Holiday Rambler that we absolutely love and have refurbished. It has 13 windows and we think it would be cold being in the northeast. We have found a permanent site in a campground and are now looking to move in a trailer basically for summerish use.
My question is what company makes a good insulated trailer? We like old, character, wood and smallish as it is easier to heat and cool. Would like to spend no more than 20k.
Would appreciate some feedback. We are handy and can do most repairs ourselves. Thanks
