Plumbing help!!!

Brand new 2018 crossroads travel trailer 33ft long
City water won't work to the kitchen or fill hot water heater
Using fresh water tank provides water to hot water tank and cold water to kitchen but no cold water to bathroom
On cityconnection water will only go to kitchen if bathroom cold water is on
Any ideas on what is causing this?

Sounds like more than a closed winterizing valve on the hot water heater. But that would a place to start. Otherwise I would be back to the dealer and let them deal with it. Another good reason not to rush PDI.
