Power issues

Helping a friend that has a 2017, Laredo 331 BH pull camper. Has set up for a while and now seems things the inverter powers won’t work like slides, lights, levelers. Microwave works. We are about to start the checking out process. Any help on what to start with is a great help. It sits under a metal building…could be a mouse issue. Tks GlenB

Start by verifying that "slides, lights, levelers" are actually 120 VAC".

The fact that the microwave works (which very likely IS 120 VAC) suggests the inverter is working.

As Twinboat said, let us know voltage at the battery and that the salesman switch/battery connect is ON.

All those things are part of the 12V system. Like twinboat said dead battery or no battery. Microwave works so plugged in? Converter should power 12V side but might not if no battery or battery too far gone.

Check the battery terminals and if you can check the other end of the ground side where it hooks to the frame and the hot side if it goes to a visible strip. Can't tell you how many power issues are solved or rather caused by loose battery terminals.

Start with the batteries and the battery cutoff switch. May be as simple as the cutoff is turned off.
