No one mentioned battery groups that I saw. Little battery is group 24, better battery is group 27 and best battery is group 29/31. Each battery size larger will have more amp hours.

The larger group batteries don't cost that much more than the little group batteries.

Not going to Argentina, that was a joke. Thanks again you guys.
We picked her up last week. I went with 2 12 agm. I came back here looking for generator advice. I'm thinking Honda or Yamaha,
2-2000 or one 3000?
Im trying to do some research but coming up empty here. Not that the info isn't around here. I just can't find it.

The two 2000ís are lighter weight to lift, and will provide more power, but the Honda 3000 is quieter. Did you do an energy audit to know how little power you can get by with ?

No, what does that mean, energy audit?.
Can a 3000 run parallel with 2000? I just purchased a watch dog surge protector?

An energy audit is where you add up the wattage of the appliances you deem critical, and see how much actual power you need, not just guess.

Your watch dog provides a readout of the actual power used, so you could use that. Remember air conditioners need a large surge of power to start (several times what they use running). A Micro-air can help with that.
